Here's why Puspins are the best:
Enough with the sad news! As a mom of 27 Puspins, I think I am credible to speak highly of them. They are the absolute best, and I hope many people will give them a chance to be welcomed in a safe and warm home. Here are some reasons why you should consider rescuing or adopting Puspins:
1. They are low maintenance when it comes to grooming requirements.
I have 27 Puspins, and they are indoor cats, but of course, I let them play outside in our backyard because they love sunbathing. Animal grooming experts recommend bathing your cats every 4-6 weeks, which I also follow. And when it comes to grooming, I don’t have to go to pet grooming salons because Puspins have a short coating and typically from themselves.
2. I don’t have to clean after they caca.
When I started taking care of cats, I did little to no research about them. I didn’t know cat litter sand existed, and it saved my life! I don’t have to find where they poop and clean after it, I have to place my cat litter box anywhere accessible to them, and that’s it! They will bury their poop after, and I have to use a cat litter scoop to clean the litter box every night. The trick is to use good-quality litter sand to avoid the unwanted smell. If you’re a fur mom on a budget, you can also use chicken feed or patuka ng manok, and they also perform the same as cat litter sand do!
3. They have a very playful personality!
A Puspin or the Domestic Shorthair is considered a working cat because of her endurance skills, such as balancing and leaping, as well as her superb hunting instinct, which reflects very well in their playful personality! They like to tease each other and interact with any item or toys you’ll give to them.
4. They are appreciative of their fur parent.
This is a personal take, and I will forever testify to this! They are very appreciative and clingy, and they sometimes depend on me. They are clingy in that some of them sleep beside me and share the same blanket with me. They sometimes rely on me in situations, such as when a dog is visiting our house, they will go near me or behind me because they’re scared and see me as someone they can lean into. They appreciate the things I provide for them and show affection for it. (Example: I’ll give them treats, and they will leek my cheeks of hands!) They also appreciate any item you’ll share and love the warm rays of sunlight!
